NECK AND BACK
According to surveys, neck-shoulder area challenges and back problems are the most common reasons for coming to Alexander Technique lessons. FOR EQUESTRIANS
The rider's goal is smooth cooperation with the horse. When the rider becomes more aware of his/her/their own body’s movements and reaction patterns, cooperation with the horse often improves - the horse is a meticulous mirror of the rider. The content of this teaching package includes saddle work.
